Mansi’s ‘Let’s Get It Done’ Attitude Is Contagious (And I’m Glad It Is)

You don’t expect a CEO to respond to your idea at 11PM with “Cool, let’s build it tomorrow.”

But then again, Mansi Panchal isn’t your typical CEO.

Before I joined FounderX as a marketing intern, I thought I understood hustle. But watching Mansi in action? It’s like seeing momentum personified. She doesn’t just move fast – she makes things move. Whether it’s reviewing ad copy, brainstorming wild campaign ideas, or jumping on sales calls, she brings this fire that makes you want to rise to the occasion. It’s not performative. It’s not about looking busy. It’s about moving the needle, daily.

I’ve seen her sit down with the sales team like it’s a war room, not a boardroom. Coaching in real time, celebrating the small wins, pushing for better. Her philosophy? Don’t just track KPIs, build a culture where showing up feels like an opportunity, not a chore.

She once said, “You can’t expect magic from a team you barely sit with,” and honestly, that’s been on loop in my head ever since. It explains why she doesn’t disappear into a glass cabin. She’s right there in the trenches – ideating, strategizing, doing. And it rubs off on you.

When I joined FounderX, I didn’t just sign up for a summer internship – I walked into a space that was buzzing with belief. In ideas. In people. In execution over excuses. Mansi has built more than a company; she’s built a mindset.

And it’s not just about business. Watching her as a young woman running a company with sharp instincts and sharper comebacks has been empowering in ways I didn’t expect. Her take-no-nonsense approach to financial independence, her clarity on women needing high-income skills, and her fierce push for ownership of one’s life? It hits different when you’re still figuring out your own path.

They say culture flows from the top. At FounderX, it flows with espresso-shot energy and a very real sense that we’re building something bold. Something that flips the script.

Mansi’s ‘let’s get it done’ attitude is more than a slogan. It’s a challenge, and I’m grateful to have caught the bug.
