Working With a Force Called Mansi Panchal: A Chapter That Changed Me

When I joined FounderX as a marketing intern, I didn’t walk in with low expectations. I came in with excitement, curiosity, and a hunger to grow, and FounderX didn’t just meet that energy; it multiplied it. From day one, it was clear this wasn’t going to be a typical internship. It wasn’t about sitting on the sidelines or doing background tasks. It was about real exposure, real conversations, and real learning, which was all under the leadership of someone who lives and breathes entrepreneurship: Mansi Panchal, A woman who doesn’t just run a company, she builds people. And today, I can say with complete honesty, working under her has been the greatest opportunity and the most transformative experience of my career so far.

I still remember the moment during my interview when she asked me, “Do you want to start your own business?” I paused, a bit unsure, and replied that I hadn’t thought about it yet. Her response wasn’t judgmental or passive. She looked at me with her signature confidence and said, “I don’t mind if you want to start your business; in fact, you should. And I’m right here to guide you through it.” That one line changed something in me. It wasn’t just her words, it was the belief behind them. The way she said it made me feel seen, capable, and curious about possibilities I had never considered before.

The more I worked with her, the more I understood why people call her the Queen of Sales. I had seen it on Instagram, heard whispers of it from others, but when you witness it in real time, it clicks. Her energy when she talks about sales is infectious. You can see the spark in her eyes, the excitement in her voice, the pure joy she feels when discussing targets, pitches, and client psychology. It's not just a job for her. It’s her zone. And when someone works with that much passion, you can’t help but want to learn everything they know.

What strikes me the most is her aura. It’s strong, grounded, and deeply intentional. The way she carries herself speaks volumes, even before she says a word. Her work ethic is on another level. She works with a kind of dedication that sets the tone for the whole office. I’ve seen employees hesitate to approach her, not because she’s unkind, but because her presence commands respect. She’s focused, intense, and fully immersed in the mission she’s building. But for me, I always craved those moments when she would call for a meeting. I would wait, hoping she’d share something new, guide us through a challenge, or simply drop one of her no-nonsense insights that somehow feel like business mantras. Every time she speaks, there’s something to take home.

And then, there’s a side of her that melts your heart. The part that smiles widely over tiny gestures, like we put some funny GIFs in PPT for her. It’s the little, cute things that light her up, and watching someone so strong, so fierce, genuinely soften over the simplest joys is a reminder that strength and softness can coexist. That even the fiercest leaders have a heart that appreciates the smallest bits of love.

She doesn’t spoon-feed you. She pushes you to think, to stretch, to experiment. And even when she’s busy building her empire, she never makes you feel small. She makes you feel like you’re part of something meaningful. Like you're not just an intern, you're a future founder in training. That’s her real power, she doesn’t just lead a team, she uplifts minds.

I’ve grown more in these weeks than I had in months before this. I’ve learned about marketing, yes. But more importantly, I’ve learned about mindset. About ownership. About showing up, even when it’s hard. Watching Mansi in action is like watching a masterclass on execution, clarity, and leadership. She doesn’t believe in limits. She believes in action. And that belief rubs off on everyone around her.

To work under a leader like her so early in my journey it’s nothing short of a blessing. She’s not just a CEO. She’s a movement in herself. Fierce. Visionary. Unapologetic, A beautiful soul, and always rooting for people to rise.

So here’s to Mansi, the woman who redefined leadership for me, sparked a new kind of ambition in me, and showed me that greatness isn’t about titles rather it’s about impact.

And I’m just getting started. If this is how much I’ve learned and grown in just one month, I can only imagine the kind of person I’ll become by the end of three.
